These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of alexandrahagerty.com (the "Site") and the maritime expert witness and consulting services offered by Captain Alexandra Hagerty ("Captain Hagerty," "I," "me," or "my"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

Acceptance of Terms

You accept these Terms by visiting the Site, downloading materials such as my CV or press PDFs, or contacting me through the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a law firm, company, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site provides information about my background, expertise, and consulting services in forensic maritime analysis, expert witness reports, case evaluation, and trial preparation. You may use the Site only for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:
